I saw The Measure last year at Monster House and it fucking ruled so hard. I saw them again this year opening up for Gaslight Anthem at the Newport and it was so weird seeing them in that sort of venue. The guy who did merch for them on that tour, Jake Berry, contributed to my zine (showerbeerszine@gmail.com if you want a copy). He’s a nice guy and we hung out at Fest and I watched him get slapped in the face with a slice of pizza. Oh, Fest. I miss you and all your ridiculous moments.
Anyhow, I love this song. I don’t have to work tomorrow and am gonna fucking tie one on tonight and listen to this record a few more times.
